IMPORTANT NOTICE

20% deposit is required to secure the appointment.

The deposit confirms the booking and reserves the allocated time slot exclusively for the Athlete.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Summary

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a deposit refund.

• Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge, provided the request is made no later than 48 hours before the original appointment time.

• Appointments may be rescheduled free of charge up to 2 times. Each subsequent rescheduling will incur a fee of AED 150.

• If you reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a 150 AED fee will apply.

• Follow-up sessions are valid only for the originally fitted bicycle.

Component Installation Fees

• The installation of client-supplied components (including cranksets, handlebars, cockpits, and other parts) is subject to an additional labor fee.

• Installation fees range from AED 250 to AED 750, depending on the complexity of the procedure.
