20% deposit is required to secure the appointment.

The deposit confirms the booking and reserves the allocated time slot exclusively for the Athlete.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Summary

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a deposit refund.

  • Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are non-refundable, however the deposit may be credited toward a future appointment.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled once, free of charge, within 6 months, subject to availability.

  • Follow-up sessions are valid only for the originally fitted bicycle.
